One of our bigger customers are Milvik Bima on the African continent, which is owned by one of Sweden’s older investment companies Kinnevik. Milvik Bima is a leading provider of mobile-delivered insurances and health services in emerging markets.

The challenge has been different for us

For us this project has been one of the more interesting ones because of how different the challenge have been. We are used to our customers having a pre existing infrastructure. But in this case the infrastructure have been flawed or nonexistent. That has forces us to think about the bigger picture in every country we have helped Milvik Bima set up a call center. That means that no matter the environment or circumstances, we still need to make that we have the right skills to make sure we deliver our software and services to our customer’s expectations. If we can exceed the expectations then even better.

Projects like this helps our consultants develop their skills

The third country where set up a call center with Milvik Bima lacked a lot of basic infrastructure. Because of that most of the installation had to be done locally. But having projects like this only helps us develop our skills and our consultants appreciate visiting these new environments and the challenge.

Obviously we appreciate how satisfied Milvik Bima has shown to be in their feedback. The changes that have been done, like automated callback and how they now are using our business intelligence module Insight have shown to be absolutely right for them. The change has shown to be so good for them that we are looking forward to installing the Connectel platform at call centers on all of Milvik Bima’s markets. Very exciting!

First in Africa

We are proud of being allowed to act and support markets with our knowledge and experience. It gives us the opportunity to help the development forward! When we stepped into our third African market, Ghana, we also started to compete with the country’s leading phone operator, Tigo. We were the second company who installed a SIP trunk for telecommunication. Together with Tigo we will deliver the most modern call center solution in Ghana.
